Integral Theory
When leaders join an organization and bring their own view of what a new performance level means, it’s common to take things for granted and start running around to implement the decisions that the new boss brings. We simply ignore critical questions such as “why?”, “what’s our ultimate goal?”, “what do you mean by a new performance level?”. That’s why, I see Integral Theory as a cornerstone of my work. Created by the American thinker Ken Wilber, the Integral Theory is in full development. The AQAL model, one of the main tools of this theory, proposes a new way of understanding how individuals think and evolve.

Motivation
What really motivates people? Money, promotion opportunities?
Writer Daniel Pink did extensive research and found that true motivation is intrinsic. Therefore, nobody motivates anyone. The best we can do is to create the conditions for others to be motivated.

Ontological Development
Ontology can be defined as the study of Being. In other words, how we show up in the different domains of our lives: at work, when we are with our family and friends. How we show up with our thoughts, beliefs, narratives, the things we share with others and what we keep to ourselves. Ontology also encompass our emotions and our relationship with them. Are we emotionally literate? How are emotions affect others? Moreover, the body and our presence is another fundamental domain of study and practice taken into consideration.
As a coach and facilitator, the Ontological approach is one of the basis of my work.
